How do we decide what gets updated?
At the Co-x3 Family Foundation, we're committed to constantly improving our systems so that you can benefit from the most up-to-date and powerful tools available. Our goal is to help you take action on your learning by continually refining and enhancing our templates. We follow a rigorous process to ensure that only the best and most effective updates are released to you.
Here’s what drives our update decisions:
🔨 Enhancement | We're always looking for ways to make our templates easier to use and more intuitive. This could include updates to properties, views, and overall template structure to improve usability. |
🐞 Bug Fix | If we find bugs, such as incorrect filters, sorts, or formulas, we prioritize fixing them quickly. Bug fixes are usually included in minor version updates. |
✨ New Template | We're always innovating and exploring ways to solve everyday problems. These new templates are usually incorporated into the Notion Template Pack immediately. |
Update Schedule
When do we release new updates?
We release updates on a predictable schedule to keep you informed and avoid overwhelming you with constant changes. Major updates are typically rolled out on the 1st month of every quarter. This ensures that significant improvements and new features are bundled together, offering you a more meaningful upgrade experience.
This quarterly schedule means you’ll always be working with a system that evolves alongside you, reflecting the innovations and feedback from our entire community. Whether it's improvements to functionality or brand-new features, you’ll get the best tools to support your journey.
Update Delivery
How do we get updates?
We’ve made it simple for you to receive updates based on your subscription or purchase:
- Early Access for Members: If you're part of the Better Life Membership, you’ll receive early access to all template updates, ensuring you're always ahead of the curve.
- Lifetime Access via Purchase: For those who have purchased templates through shop.x3.family, you’ll receive update notifications and download links via email.
- Quarterly Live Q&A Sessions: Every quarter, we’ll host a live Q&A session where you can RSVP to learn more about the latest updates, ask questions, and get a deeper understanding of new features.
